Connect with nature

The Nature Center is a wooden building, which create a setting for teaching, researching and observing nature. The Nature center is located in the area of ”Mosen” a children’s house with its own mini farm, which encourages the children to get close to the farm animals, such as horses, pigs, sheep, chickens and panda cows. The design is based on a simple idea of ​​repeating and intertwining elements from the existing paddocks in the area. Large gates on all sides can be opened and closed to create various spaces. In the surrounding landscape, we have designed small grass hills from the excavated soil with a new shelter and a campfire. The goal has been to create nature and agricultural experiences for people of all ages, but especially the local children.
